At Smart Pack and Ship, LLC, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we are here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

You must provide proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or confirmation email)
Certain items cannot be returned, including:

Perishable goods (Food & Beverages)

Personal care items that have been opened or used

Final sale or clearance products

Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send the item.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item).
Damaged or Wrong Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

A description of the issue
We will replace the item or issue a refund at no additional cost.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method

Processing typically takes 3–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is approved due to our mistake.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene or safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order.
Once an order is processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
